JOB DESCRIPTION
We seek an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to work in Katy, TX, and to be responsible for performing all essential functions of a DA. In addition, supervises assistant duties, providing training and mentorship, ensuring compliance with quality assurance metrics and regulations, optimizing patient flow, managing inventory and maintenance schedules, and serving as the point person for OSHA/HIPAA inspections and emergency protocols within the dental team.
The Lead Dental Assistant serves as the other assistants' supervisor, helping coordinate their work, handling administrative tasks such as schedules, and ensuring that the team works together efficiently. Must be able to work well in a team environment and stay organized to fulfill all of their duties effectively.
